About Me

Larry_Slater_100Where do I begin…

Let me say that my site is my online “dream home” and is furnished with stuff that I’ve been collecting for years. It may take a while before I get completely moved in and have all the little amenities added but bear with me as the finished product will be well worth the wait.

Since I have been involved in many different areas of interest, there is consequently a wide variety of subject matter presented on this site.

In high school & college I participated in track and cross-country running which sparked a life-long interest in fitness. But my emphasis in this field will be in body-weight exercising and low-impact cardio exercises. You will find this under the Education area.

Speaking of college, I will include articles from my book College Cost Cutting Tips that contain some of the many tips I used to finish up my last two years of college in one calendar year. Along with these you will learn how to educate yourself and others in fun and inexpensive ways that will make learning fun again so check out the Eduction section.

Next you will see a progression of helpful articles on how to start and run you own online business. With the changes in the economy and the advances in Internet technology, which made this site possible, it is now time to take the bull by the horns and live the American Dream of owning your own business. The Business section will also contain articles on Marketing and Investing so don’t forget to read these articles to make you even more money, and who can’t use more money?

But I can’t forget my favorite subject; my Christian faith. Having been educated at the highest levels of Christian institutions, along with top-notch state schooling, I see things in a different light then most religious/Christian believers. This is reflected in my collection of materials and my personal reflections under the Christian section. But even if you don’t share my passion, you can always enjoy the videos. :-)

As the song goes…Set a spell. Take your shoes off. Y’all come back now, y’hear?
